CredenceIA Consulting, LLC is hiring smart, experienced, and highly motivated sales professional to join our Sales Team. You will be covering one geographic region ideally Midwest/south or east. This Director position is for individuals who are experienced in building and managing the field sales efforts for a geographical patch. This person must also have the ability and the personality to grow the territory from the ground up.

Job Functions

  • You are the Brand ambassador for CredenceIA Consulting, LLC and advocate for its offerings and capabilities

  • Effective at communication and interaction with IT leadership including C-level and key decision-makers

  • Aggressive in identifying and following-up with leads/contacts and close sale

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining leads via diverse routes (direct leads, event/seminar, referrals)

  • Proven organizational and skill management

  • Develop and maintain sales plans and align with the assigned geographic and business needs

  • Maintain lead activity records including follow-ups and recordkeeping

  • The ideal candidate is someone who has sales, leadership development experience with Identity Management & Cybersecurity field and working with product companies

  • Understand and demonstrated experience in full sales lifecycle from lead generation, lead follow-up, presentations, RFP response, contract negotiations, and closing

  • Be creative in sales and experience with staff augmentation, managed services and/or project-based Solutioning in Identity Management & Cybersecurity solutions

  • Open to travel as required

  • Must have awareness and/or experience with following

  • Identity and Access Management space and solution leaders

  • User life cycle management (Provisioning/De-provisioning)

  • Access review and certification

  • Segregation of Duties

  • Role-based access control

  • Privileged account management

  • Single sign-on

  • Identity federation

  • Two factor authentication

  • Security Operations Center (SOC)

  • Cybersecurity threat response and analysis


Essential Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years’ experience in selling and marketing with consulting companies, technology solution integrators, product vendors

  • Strong cybersecurity territory contacts at VP, SVP, CxO levels

  • Must have a marketable knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity and Access Governance (IAG) space and associated tools/solutions

  • Must have experience in building the pipeline, develop existing and new client relationship, generate and take action from lead generation

  • Successful history of working with Resellers, SI's and Advisories

  • Track record of successful sales pipeline and closing

  • Proven ability and skill to navigate through all levels of an enterprise organization to drive sales Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be organized, have leadership skills and the ability to keep the focus on tasks/objectives

  • Must be self-driven, work based on little oversight and result-driven

  • Ability to collaborate and loop-in right team members to move the sales cycle

  • Proven comfort and skill to navigate through all levels of an organization
